Notes About Shipping
We do our best to ship orders the same business day. Otherwise, we ship the following business day. Online orders are currently shipped Monday through Thursday. If your order can't be delivered on a Saturday due to carrier restrictions, we will ship out the following week.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We've tried to do this for as long as we could manage, but it has become increasingly difficult. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions about your address and receiving packages via private carriers, such as FedEx, please feel free to reach out to us.
Warm Weather Shipping
We do ship halva during warmer weather. To note, as our halva is a natural product and does not contain artificial ingredients, it's natural for some oil separation to occur in warmer weather. You may notice a little bit of shine, but the halva is perfectly edible.
You will receive a few emails from us after you place an order. These include an order confirmation email, a notice of shipment with tracking information, and a delivery notice.
We want to make sure your experience with us is a positive one, so if we can make it right, we will. As a food manufacturer, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with a particular item please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the issue as soon as possible.
